S.A.F.E. delivers its most innovative custom Rolls-Royce engine stand

S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, a fully woman-owned global leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of solution driven custom “safety first” aircraft maintenance stands, fall protection platforms, hangar equipment, portable field equipment and specialty tooling, has announced delivery of its most innovative custom Rolls-Royce Allison 250 engine maintenance stand to A&P Helicopters Inc.

S.A.F.E. Structure Designs has utilized its working relationship with helicopter mechanics around the world to design this custom engine maintenance stand for A&P’s crew to maintain their Allison 250s.  The newly designed engine stand increases safety and efficiency for the mechanics by ensuring that the worm gear box rotates the engine 360 degrees, allowing the mechanic to position the engine at any desired point for maximum efficiency and easy workability.

This innovative custom engine stand fits the Allison 250 – C20, C30 and the C47.
